Each module runs on site or remotely and comes with a digital booster module that extends the effects of the training once the session is over.
A network of some forty trainers travels anywhere in France, straight to your premises.
And where a need fits none of the catalogue’s boxes, the programme is built entirely from scratch.

The founder behind WakeUpInside
Over twenty years in the field, I created, ran and grew companies before supporting the people who keep them alive day after day.
I cut my teeth in business law firms, then as an entrepreneur in insurance, tourism and services more broadly.
Today I deliberately keep one foot in business and one foot in support work.
I still build, manage, decide and carry the responsibilities of a company director, while also working as an auditor, trainer and professional coach with companies and decision-makers.
So I do not speak of a business leader’s daily reality in the past tense.
I live it.
It is that dual position that feeds my perspective: far enough outside to observe, to question and to bring solutions to the surface, yet always deeply connected to the reality of the people I support.
My perspective is outside your organisation, never outside your reality.
